Probiotic Action Announces New Insight on Why Acne is a Problem for First World Citizens and Offers Advice on Treatments

The food that we acne is one big contributory factor why we get acne. Specifically, processed food including those in fast food chain is one of which. Most adult acne treatments use unnatural ingredients or chemicals to battle acne, leaving your skin dry and irritated. Probiotic Action is a liquid topical solution which, unlike your generic acne cream, contains “good bacteria” naturally found on healthy human skin. It is said to be an effective acne treatment because it restores the normal bacteria content on Skin. It guarantees to give those individuals, who undergo this treatment, not only a clear but also protected skin against bacteria, pollutants and free radicals.

Probiotic Action best known for their adult acne treatment releases news from a recent study done by the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics which has determined a connection between diet and acne, particularly from high glycemic load diets and dairy product primarily sold in first world countries. Probiotic Action shares insight on why processed foods may contribute to acne and offers advice on treatments.

While the connection between food and acne is still on the table, the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recently released information that suggests eating processed foods heighten the glycemic level, and may contribute to acne flare ups.

The article found on Elesiver.com states that while researchers who contributed to the study concluded that, “a high glycemic index/glycemic load diet and frequent dairy consumption are the leading factors in establishing the link between diet and acne. They also note that although research results from studies conducted over the last 10 years do not demonstrate that diet causes acne, it may influence or aggravate it.”

Fernando Perez, a spokesman for Probiotic Action, widely known for their acne cream suggests that while no food has been directly linked to acne, the contribution of P.acnes bacteria and heightened hormone and insulin levels could create an imbalance of chemicals, resulting in a breeding ground for bad bacteria. Perez further suggests that limiting the intake of foods claiming to cause acne that contain high levels of processed items, and using a treatment that battles bad bacteria and balances the skin may be the best acne treatment.

“The first world is fortunate enough to have access to many readily made foods- often these “fast foods” have preservatives and other sugars that create an imbalance in the body. When the body PH balance is off, we are more prone to disease and infection. This may be why new research is claiming acne is a first world problem,” says Perez.
